Potato Wedges…

I could eat potato wedges every meal, they are so good! :D

All righty then, they are so good I think you should try and make some, unless you already do.

So here is how you make this savory candy.

Cut 6 golden potatoes into thin, even, slices then put in a large bowel.

Pour enough olive oil on top of potatoes to coat all slices.

Sprinkle 2 Tbls. parsley 

tsp. salt

tsp. garlic salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

and if you want a little kick, add 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper.

Then toss around in bowl till all slices are evenly coated. (I use my hands to mix, it is easier)

Spread potatoes on a sprayed, foil, covered baking sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minuets, or until tender. Once tender put the pan under broiler until they are golden brown.

Let cool for a good five minuets then Enjoy! :D
