Homemade Tortilla Chips….

First I cut the tortillas into eighths.

Then I stick them into the preheated oil and let them fry for about 20 to 40 seconds, each side, or until lightly browned.

I then stuck the chips onto a plate with a paper towel (to absorb the oil drips) and sprinkled them with salt, while they are still hot.

I let them cool, then serve. Super easy!
